Unashamed of The Gospel in These Last Days

 2 Timothy 2: 15 (NKJV)

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

This year has been one which many have been bold to stand up for what they believe in. There have been many protests against many things that people have felt passionate about. If they feel that something has been unfair, they put all their effort and time into fighting against it. Don't think this will suddenly stop, because in these last days there is a battle. In order for us to be victorious as Christians, for the glory of God, we need to position ourselves to win the battle. We have victory over the devil because of what Jesus did, but it doesn't mean that the devil will make it easy for us.

I want to encourage you to choose to be unashamed. 2021 will be very practical in terms of the Kingdom work that we have been called to do. There are many people in the world that are lost and hurting and you are enough to show them that there is hope in our LORD Jesus Christ. Many Christians will step away from what has made them comfortable all these years such as jobs, friendships, doctrines, religiousity etc and will stand up boldly and unashamed for Jesus. God will always provide for His children and will lead you into new and innovative ways to prosper financially, while being more flexible to do the work of God. Finances are needed to advance the Kingdom, God sees your need and will surely provide.

The area that you have struggled in most, is the area that God is anointing you in for others. Are you ready to put petty arguments, disagreements and differences in the body of Christ to one side and focus on the work of God?

You may not be 100% where you want to be, but the Lord has anointed you. Use what you have now and be a blessing to others.

Luke 4:18 (NKJV)

The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,

Because He has anointed Me

To preach the gospel to the poor;

He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,

To proclaim liberty to the captives

And recovery of sight to the blind,

To set at liberty those who are oppressed

Lets choose to put aside this pharisee spirit that dwells in the body of Christ. If we understand love and forgiveness, we would be more into the work of God rather than gossipping, putting others down and wasting time. Let's choose to walk unity for the glory of God. The world needs to know about out saviour Jesus Christ.
