By Their Fruits You Shall Know Them

Hey Beauties,

I hope you are all doing well!! It has been a beautiful new season which I am embracing with my all. It feels so good to serve my Jesus and know that He has my back through it all. Spiritually, this season has been a season of change for many Christians. It is important that you understand what seasons you are in and able to discern them, so that you will be aware of how to behave as God leads.

For me, It is a season of thanksgiving, spiritual growth and God removing certain people from me. The season after this will be even greater and many people are not going where I am going, therefore we cannot go together. How can two walk together if they cannot agree? (Amos 3:3). Be very careful who you allow into your life, because not everyone is there for you, believe it or not, some just want to linger around with no real purpose.

I have had a few people in my past season that were all words but no action. For me, that is the quickest way for me to learn a person’s heart. There is one thing forgetting things which is normal for many. But when someone constantly shows you their heart whether good or bad, believe it and decide what you want to do with it. But in all things, be wise. Stay in the word of God and do not allow people to make you feel low.

I was pretty much tired of certain people and their behaviours and decided to take a huge step back, walk away in love and leave the rest to God. Particularly because I am very big on integrity as in, if I tell you I am going to do something, I will do it. On the flipside, my real friends have really proven themselves as friends. God has blessed me with beautiful people in my life and I am thankful that I have prayerful friends that encourage me and hold me accountable to doing the right thing. It may take some time, especially if you have recently re-dedicated your life to Christ. But God will give you real friends with big hearts, that will encourage you on your walk with Christ, pray for you and speak life to you. That is what a real friend does.

Matthew 7:15-20 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

By their fruits you shall know them is a real thing! Watch and pray. If a person is consistently displaying poor behaviour, instead of making excuses for them sometimes you have to distance yourself and let them go, as God leads. I am at a stage in my life where I need prayerful and encouraging people around me as I prepare for what God is calling me to do. I really do not have time for those who are not going to encourage me in Christ! Of course, you will have people in your life for different purposes and it is for you to seek God to know what the purpose is e.g. God may want you to counsel them etc. Having clear discernment on all areas of your life is the best way to live. So I encourage you to let go of people that have passed their season. You may find that such people are suddenly wanting you to do what you have been asking them for, for years!! The reason they are doing it now is because the devil is trying to cause confusion to delay you. Why is it that when you are moving on, they suddenly want to pretend to like you? Be very careful who you allow into your life at this time.

I am keeping you in prayer! You can get your ticket for the event that I am speaking at here on 17th Nov 2018. Cannot wait to meet you!
